Transformers: Battlegrounds is a turn-based tactics game where the player commands a squad of Autobots across grid-based battle maps, using cover, positioning, and character abilities to defeat waves of Decepticon forces. Each mission unfolds as a series of turns in which units move within limited ranges, take cover behind destructible environmental objects, and use unique special abilities tied to individual characters from the Transformers roster.
