About this game

The player lays track, builds stations, and buys trains to move passengers and freight between growing towns, managing routes and schedules as technology and vehicle types advance over time. Income from successful lines is reinvested into expanding the network, buying newer rolling stock, and connecting more towns as the map's population grows.

Towns grow and shrink based on how well they are served by transport, so route planning directly affects the simulated economy around it.
