Total War: ATTILA - Blood and Burning

Total War: ATTILA pairs turn-based empire management with real-time tactical battles. The setting is Late Antiquity, spanning Europe, North Africa, and parts of Asia. The Roman Empire fractures under climate change, migration, and invasion from the Huns and other peoples. Players juggle province control, diplomacy, and religious conversion on the campaign map. They then command armies directly in large-scale tactical battles. This pack layers additional violence onto those battles and the wider campaign. New blood-spatter effects, arm severance, and decapitations appear in campaign-map combat animations. Full battlefield fights gain limb severance, more decapitations, and blood spurts during melee. Soldiers suffering from disease now vomit when standing idle. Burning units and civilians get dedicated burn-to-death animations. New gore decals scatter blood, vomit, and organs across the ground after a fight. Several animated event messages also gain blood-soaked variants to match the tone. Every one of these effects can be switched on or off from the graphics options menu. Nothing here changes unit stats, mechanics, or the campaign map itself.
