Three Kingdoms: The Last Warlord

Where the player rules a territory and manages officers, cities and armies to unify the land.

Play centers on commanding one of nearly sixty cities during a fractured era, recruiting from a roster of more than 1,300 named officers, each with individual stats and a distinct portrait. The ruler personally governs their capital while other territories can be handed to automated management, letting the player focus on the decisions that matter most.

Combat splits into field battles and city sieges, each with separate mechanics: siege attackers bring battering rams, trebuchets and towers, while defenders answer with catapults, ballistas and spear carts. Terrain, climate and elevation all affect how a battle plays out. Officers can also be married off or bound by sworn oaths, letting relationships between them shift and affect loyalty over a campaign.

• 1,300+ Officers A roster of more than 1,300 historical and fictional officers can be recruited, each with individual stats.
