Players investigate local networks of influence, uncovering key figures and learning their traits, connections, and weaknesses. Those figures can then be recruited through bribery, seduction, or intimidation, depending on what each one is vulnerable to. Building a network means carefully connecting agents while cutting ties that threaten to expose the whole operation. Growing the organization brings new abilities, but a larger footprint also draws attention from nations and rival factions. Progress unlocks distinct factions, such as the Masons and the Templars, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Every decision plays out turn by turn, so managing visibility and choosing targets carefully both matter throughout the campaign.
