Tavernacle!

is a cooperative tower defense game in which one to four dwarves defend their brewery from monster hordes. You play from the ground, not from a commander's view above the map. Between assaults you mine stone, fell trees and smelt iron, then haul those materials back to the workbench. Building is the core loop. Towers, traps and explosives go down where you put them, so the shape of each defense is yours to plan. When the horde arrives you fight alongside your structures, dodging blows and patching gaps while the mugs keep filling. Supplies run short if nobody scouts, so the team has to split its work between gathering, crafting and holding the line. The campaign moves across a fantasy world of dwarven halls and monster camps. Each map brings its own layout and its own mix of attackers, and the later ones leave far less room for error. Up to four players cooperate online or share a single screen, and the pace is deliberately chaotic. Talking to each other matters more than reflexes, since one dwarf hauling the wrong resource can cost a whole wave. Beat the assault back, rebuild what broke, then push on to the next stop.
