About this game
The Art of War Campaign is an add-on that requires the base game and adds six new missions set during the 6th century BC in China. The campaign follows exploits inspired by Sun Tzu, opening in the aftermath of the Western Zhou dynasty's collapse and building toward the Battle of Boju. Six missions send players through shifting rivalries, wars, alliances and betrayals among rival states as they fight for dominance. Two new warlords join the roster. The Rat Warlord lulls opponents into a false sense of security before striking, while the Panda Warlord is a slow-to-anger defender whose perk boosts arrows deflecting off castle walls. Both warlords carry over into skirmish mode and online multiplayer, not just the new campaign. The add-on also brings a set of extra achievements for players working through the six missions.
