Seven Days

The player arrives expecting a quiet holiday, but strange objects and signs begin appearing across the campground soon after arrival. Exploration ranges across autumn forests, open plains, old building sites and darker woods, each holding its own points of interest. Ponds, waterfalls and hiking trails dot the campground, and hidden items are scattered throughout for the player to find and piece together. Investigating these objects and locations gradually reveals who placed them and why, building toward an explanation for what is happening at the camp. The game offers multiple endings, so a player can choose to chase the mystery to its conclusion or simply enjoy the quiet vacation. There is no combat or time pressure, and the pace stays slow and observational throughout the entire visit to Summershade.
