Roads of Rome: New Generation

Each level tasks the player with gathering resources, clearing rubble and constructing new buildings and roads under a ticking clock, rewarding quick, efficient planning over slow completion. Workers are assigned to gather wood, stone and gold, then directed to build structures that unlock new areas of the map. Progress carries across the campaign as the player restores one settlement after another.

Four game modes let the player choose between a timed challenge, a relaxed mode with no clock, and other variations, so the same forty levels can be replayed at a different pace. Bonus objectives and hidden collectibles reward thorough exploration of each map, and completing a level with time to spare earns a higher score. The game supports several interface languages with full audio.
