Roads of rome 2

The story follows Victorius, a general sent to find a potion that can cure the poisoned governor of Rome. His path runs through wild barbarian lands and on into the kingdom of the gods. Each level hands you a map cluttered with rocks, fallen trees, broken bridges and ruined buildings. You order workers to gather food, wood and gold, clear the way, repair what is broken and lay road segments toward the exit. Resources come in slowly, so the order in which you spend them decides whether a level flows or stalls. A timer runs on every map, and finishing under the target earns the best rating, which invites replaying a level for a cleaner run. Altars appear along the route, and leaving offerings on them wins help from the gods. Farms, sawmills and workshops can be repaired to raise the supply of whatever you are short of. Forty-one levels are split across four episodes, each with its own scenery and obstacles. Play is single-player, with a bright cartoon art style and short story scenes between chapters. The challenge sits in planning the order of tasks rather than in fast clicking.
