Road Maintenance Simulator 2: Winter Services

Working from a depot, players take on more than 40 individual jobs, from control runs and road-marking to pruning trees and clearing snow and ice. Winter service tasks require salt spreaders and snowplows, while other seasons call for different vehicles and attachments. Ten vehicles and eight machines are available, each suited to a specific kind of job, and players pick the correct combination of vehicle and equipment before heading out. Assignments change with the weather, time of day and season, so the same stretch of road can present different tasks depending on when it is visited. A structured duty mode presents jobs in sequence with set requirements, while a free mode lets players explore the open world and pick up work at will. The game world spans motorway sections, federal roads and country roads, giving a range of settings for each task. Realistic vehicle handling and weather effects shape how each job plays out, rewarding careful, methodical driving over speed.
