You start with one station and a small roster, and you unlock more as you handle calls well. Two halves make up the game. Between calls you run the service: buying engines and specialist vehicles, hiring and training personnel, moving trucks between stations, and upgrading equipment so the right kit is on the right truck. Your people carry over from call to call and improve with experience, so losing a trained specialist genuinely hurts. On a call, you position vehicles, run out hoses, and direct individual crew members through the scene. Fires behave differently by type, and matching the extinguishing agent to what is actually burning is the core tactical decision. Water on a liquid fire spreads it, an electrical fire needs different handling entirely, and a sealed room can flash over into a backdraft if you open it wrong. Water supply is finite and has to be drawn from hydrants, tenders, or open water.
