With thirty days on the clock, players screen each visitor and decide whether they board the ark, join the workforce, or feed the factory's darker production lines. Running the operation means constructing new facilities, upgrading a research wing, and hiring staff who each carry their own quirks, fears, and prejudices. Workers can be promoted for good performance or let go for poor performance, and every choice affects how smoothly the factory keeps up with its quota. The tone is darkly comic, using absurd bureaucracy to frame genuinely uncomfortable questions about who gets saved when resources run out. Resource shortages force trade-offs between staffing the floor and stocking the research lab, keeping every day tight.
