Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior

The player controls a warrior fighting through arena-style encounters where every action can be recorded and replayed as a temporal echo, letting past versions of the character fight alongside the present one simultaneously. Battles become layered puzzles: the player must plan attack routes, block enemy strikes, and coordinate multiple time-shifted copies of themselves to overwhelm foes that would otherwise be unbeatable alone. Levels are built around short, replayable combat loops, encouraging experimentation with timing and positioning to find the optimal sequence of moves. As the story unfolds across a mythic setting drawing on Norse-inspired imagery, the warrior gains new weapons and abilities that expand the possibilities for chaining echoes together. The core loop rewards precision and creative problem-solving over reflexes alone, since success depends on choreographing a small army of past selves rather than simply out-fighting enemies in real time. Difficulty ramps through increasingly complex enemy formations and environmental hazards that demand tighter coordination between echoes.
