About this game
The player rules as a lord, overseeing peasants, farms, and trade while constructing and upgrading castles to support a growing population. Managing food supply, taxation, and population happiness determines how large an army can be raised, and battles play out in real time with formations, siege equipment, and terrain-based tactics against rival lords. Campaigns involve expanding a domain by conquering rival holdings, forging alliances, and defending against invasions, while random events add variety to each playthrough. The dual focus on economic simulation and battlefield command means success depends as much on efficient farming and construction planning as on winning fights. Multiplayer and skirmish options let players test their kingdoms against other commanders outside the main campaign.
