About this game
Nuclear war drove one group underground and left the rest above to mutate. You pick a side. The Survivors are a disciplined military community that sheltered in bunkers and kept their machines running. The Evolved are surface mutants who read the war as divine punishment for technology, and they fight with beasts and scavenged hardware. Oil is the only resource that matters. Wells feed refineries, refineries turn crude into cash, and cash pays for structures and troops, so holding oil ground is the whole strategic argument of a match. Base building follows the classic pattern of its era. You lay down production and research structures, upgrade them along several branches, and push out with mixed forces. Units are not disposable. They earn experience in combat and gain new abilities as they survive, which rewards pulling damaged veterans back instead of trading them away. More than fifty units and buildings are available across the two sides.
