You start with empty floors and lay out every space yourself: guest rooms, reception, restaurants, bars, conference rooms, shops, pool halls, arcades and executive lounges. More than fourteen hundred objects and furniture pieces are available. Once a room is finished the game stores it as a template you can stamp onto every other room of that type. Staff have to be hired and assigned, menus set, entertainers booked and prices decided. The simulation runs in real time, and you can pause it whenever the workload gets ahead of you. The distinctive part is how closely you can watch the guests. You follow individual visitors through public spaces and into their rooms, read what they enjoy and what they are missing, then adjust the building around those complaints. Satisfaction feeds reputation, reputation feeds occupancy, and occupancy funds the next expansion. Twenty-six hotels are on offer across different cities, each with its own brief, and a day-night cycle changes how a property feels across a shift. The goal throughout is to grow from a single property into a profitable chain.
