Goblins of Elderstone

Goblins refuse straight lines, so buildings spring up wherever they like while pathways and bridges knit the sprawl together naturally. You gather, craft, trade and steal from a pool of over thirty resources to keep the tribe fed, housed and armed. Each goblin has its own traits, so assigning jobs well matters, and Enforcers keep order when workers slack off or squabble. Monsters and other threats roam the land, so you also organize guards, hire heroes and appease a pantheon of gods to keep disaster away. A newer raiding system sends goblins out across the map to gather loot, tying expeditions directly to the tribe's survival back home. Along the way you face story choices with real consequences, some helping the tribe thrive and others setting it back. The tone stays comic and chaotic even as the management gets demanding: goblins bicker, riot when unhappy, and generally resist being organized like a proper settlement. Balancing growth against the tribe's unruly nature is the central tension, and every session plays out a little differently as goblins pursue their own wants alongside your plans for the village.
