Galactic Civilizations III - Mercenaries Expansion Pack

The base game is a turn-based 4X strategy game set among rival space empires expanding across the galaxy through exploration, diplomacy, and customizable starship fleets. This expansion adds a hire-a-mercenary system called the Galactic Bazaar. Where credits buy specialists who boost a planet's economy or technology, or who can be sent on missions to scout unknown systems and fight enemies on the player's behalf.

Two playable civilizations join the roster: the Arceans, a warrior culture built around aggression and honor, and the Torians, an aquatic species escaping enslavement by a rival empire. A new campaign follows the Torians as they hire mercenaries to break free of their captors. And every hired specialist arrives with a unique ship design, adding to the dozens of new ship parts available for custom fleet building.
