Endless Space 2 - Untold Tales

The base game puts a young spacefaring empire in your hands. You scout star systems, settle planets, climb a technology tree, run trade lanes and handle rival powers turn by turn. Your citizens hold political views and vote in a senate, so opinion at home shapes your laws as much as your own plans do. Ships are designed part by part, then fleets meet in real-time battles you can review afterwards. Minor factions are the small independent peoples who share the galaxy with the major empires, and you can find them, court them, absorb them or crush them. This add-on widens that layer with four more of them and twenty-one new quests tied to their homes. Among the newcomers are the Sowers, self-guided terraforming machines carried over from the first Endless Space, and the Sephaloros, a water-dwelling people picked by a community vote. Each of the four brings a hero you can recruit, so the pack feeds your leader roster as well as your map. The quests unfold inside your own empire as you expand into the systems those peoples call home.
