Endless Legend - Monstrous Tales

In the base game you lead one of several civilisations, each with distinct units, buildings and a story campaign of its own. Cities are founded one per map zone, then grown with districts and specialised industry. Winters return in cycles and grow harsher each time, cutting food and movement, so every plan has to survive the cold. Armies fight in a simultaneous turn-based tactical layer where terrain, gear and unit abilities decide the outcome. Heroes lead those armies or govern cities, minor factions can be assimilated for their units, and Dust and luxury goods trade on an open market. Monstrous Tales adds twenty new tales drawn from the darker myths of Auriga, including one unusual multi-part story that digs into ancient truths. The quests bring you into contact with the monsters, herds, packs and half-forgotten tribes that infest the wider map, alongside stranger members of the known civilisations. This is add-on content and the base game Endless Legend is required to play it.
