Each arm of your athlete is tied to one stick on the controller, and you can only move and grab. That single rule turns running, throwing and climbing into a comedy of flailing limbs. Events borrow the shape of familiar summer sports, then bend out of true, because the aliens learned the rules from broadcasts and got the details wrong. Sponsors make it worse on purpose. Between rounds a sponsor seizes control of the event and rewrites it to suit its own advertising, handing you laser hands or some other complication mid-competition. With thousands of event and sponsor combinations, a session rarely repeats itself. Party Mode seats up to twenty players on one machine, passing a single controller around in hot-seat fashion, with drop-in and drop-out plus a defer-turn option so nobody blocks the queue. Challenge Mode is the solo half, scoring your runs against leaderboards and saving replays so you can study a better technique or simply watch friends fail again. The whole thing is built to be watched as much as played, with short turns, loud failures and the occasional accidental moment of grace.
