Cossacks II: Napoleonic Wars

The player manages economic development, building towns and training soldiers, before massing huge armies of infantry, cavalry, and artillery to fight across historically themed battlefields.

Formations matter: units fight more effectively when arranged in ranks and columns, rewarding players who manage troop positioning rather than simply amassing numbers.

Compared to its predecessor, the sequel narrows its scope to the Napoleonic period and adds a persistent campaign structure across multiple European nations.

• Massive Unit Counts Battles can involve thousands of individually simulated soldiers on screen at once.
• Formation Fighting Arranging troops into ranks and columns affects their combat effectiveness.
• Nation Campaigns Separate campaigns follow different European powers through the Napoleonic period.
• Economic Base Building Players develop towns and resource production to sustain long wars.
