Cossacks: Campaign Expansion

The base game is a real-time strategy title set in Europe across the sixteen and seventeen hundreds. Players build economies, raise armies of infantry, cavalry and artillery, and fight battles that can involve thousands of units at once. This expansion adds nine single-player campaigns: four carried over from the original Cossacks: European Wars and five from Cossacks: The Art of War. Together those campaigns hold sixty-three missions, adding more than thirty hours of additional single-player content on top of the base game. Missions range from English campaigns in the Caribbean to Ukraine's war for independence, Russian territorial expansion and the Thirty Years' War in France. A built-in historical encyclopedia covers the nations, technologies and military units featured across the sixteenth to eighteenth century conflicts these campaigns depict. The scale stays consistent with the base game, with battles on some maps involving thousands of units under a single player's command.
