City of Gangsters

The player runs illegal operations such as breweries, speakeasies, and smuggling routes, hiring crew, bribing officials, and expanding into new city districts. Rival gangs and law enforcement create ongoing pressure, requiring the player to balance profit against the risk of raids and turf disputes. Turn-based city expansion combines with tycoon-style business management rather than direct combat.

• Illegal Business Management The player builds and runs operations like breweries and speakeasies.
• Turn-Based Expansion City districts are taken over one turn at a time.
• Rival Gang Interaction Other gangs can be negotiated with, fought, or absorbed.
• Law Enforcement Pressure Police attention rises as illegal activity grows, risking raids.
• Prohibition-Era Setting The game is set during the era of alcohol prohibition in America.
