Cartoon Network: Battle Crashers

The core loop involves punching, kicking, and using special moves to clear waves of enemies while progressing through levels themed after different animated worlds. Up to four characters can be selected before a run, each with distinct attacks and abilities, and players can switch between them or team up in local cooperative play. Alongside the main brawling stages, the game includes an arena mode focused purely on combat challenges and a rescue-style mode where players work to gather scattered characters trapped throughout a level. Collectibles and unlockables are scattered across stages, rewarding exploration alongside combat. Boss fights cap off major stages, requiring pattern recognition and combo timing to defeat. The overall structure mixes straightforward brawler mechanics with light platforming sections connecting one combat encounter to the next.
