Blueprint Tycoon

Players design their own production blueprints for every crafter and harvester, assigning workers and tools to each step of the process. Workers must be kept fed, happy and paid, or the workforce breaks down and production stalls. Profit margins stay thin throughout, so a single broken link in the supply chain can drain the treasury fast. Research unlocks new products that open up more profitable contracts, giving players a reason to keep refining their blueprints. As the settlement grows, players colonize additional islands and set up new trading routes to expand the operation. Success comes from balancing every part of the chain, from raw material collection through crafting to handing finished goods off to the contractor. Layout matters too, since where harvesters and crafters sit on an island affects how efficiently materials move between them.
