About this game
The player explores interconnected areas on foot, fighting grotesque enemies with sword combat while collecting relics, prayers, and rosary beads that grant new abilities and unlock previously inaccessible paths. Death carries a penalty, since dying leaves behind a guilt fragment that must be recovered to restore lost health capacity, echoing the punishing difficulty of the genre. The game's world and enemy designs draw heavily on Catholic iconography and Spanish religious imagery, rendered in detailed pixel art with an oppressive, grim tone throughout.
- Interconnected World Areas link together and reopen as new abilities are found.
- Relic and Prayer System Collected items grant new combat and movement abilities.
- Punishing Difficulty Death leaves a recoverable guilt fragment tied to lost health.
- Religious Iconography Visual design is built around Catholic and Spanish religious imagery.
