Battletoads

The player controls one of the three toads, punching and kicking through groups of enemies while chaining combos and using signature moves like an oversized fist or boot that bursts out mid-attack. Levels alternate between straightforward brawling, platforming sections with timing-based obstacles, and vehicle chase sequences that recall the pacing of the original arcade-style series. Up to three players can fight through the campaign together, with comic-book style cutscenes carrying the story between stages.
