Arctic Eggs

Players collect ingredients from strange creatures and abandoned outposts, then prepare dishes using a hands-on cooking system that rewards experimentation with timing and combinations. The frozen landscape hides fragments of a fractured narrative, told through environmental details and odd encounters rather than direct exposition or dialogue trees. Movement across icy terrain and derelict structures feels deliberately unhurried, inviting players to soak in the game's unsettling, dreamlike atmosphere rather than rush toward goals. Cooking becomes a small ritual amid the bleak setting, with each recipe demanding attention and care to execute properly. The game blends culinary simulation with atmospheric exploration, shifting between quiet melancholy and dark absurdity as players uncover more of the world's strange logic. There are no traditional combat systems or objective markers guiding play; instead, players interpret the world's meaning through its imagery, sounds, and the food they prepare. The result is a quiet, unusual experience built more around mood and discovery than conventional challenge.
