Join the partner program, share your links and code, see how sales are credited, and get paid.
When do partners get paid?
Each sale is held for 14 days after delivery, so a refund or chargeback can settle first. Then it moves to approved and is paid monthly through Stripe, straight to your bank, once your approved earnings reach EUR 25. You can take Andalu credit with a bonus instead.
How does the Andalu partner program work?
The Andalu partner program is our affiliate program for creators, independent marketers and comparison sites. You share links, a code or a feed, and earn 1% to 3% of each order on the orders they bring, depending on the product and your tier. Buyers stay linked to you for 12 months, and earnings are paid monthly through Stripe.
How do I join the partner program?
You join on one short form at [andalu.com/partners/apply](/partners/apply). Choose your partner type, give your name, email and where you'll share Andalu, and accept the terms. Creators and marketers are approved straight away after an automatic check. If anything needs a closer look, we email you within 2 business days.
Your partner links, code and storefront
As a partner you get three ways to send people to Andalu: tracked links to any product, a short code buyers enter at checkout, and for creators a storefront page at andalu.com/with/your-handle. Use them together. A code works even when someone types the address by hand, and a code always beats a link.
How is a sale credited to a partner?
A sale is credited to the last partner link clicked within 30 days before the order. A partner code entered at checkout beats any link. A buyer you bring stays linked to you for 12 months, on any device, and their later orders earn half the first-order rate. One order is credited to one partner, never two.
Partner program rules and disclosure
Promote Andalu honestly and say that you earn from your links. You may use your own posts, videos, articles, newsletters to people who signed up, deal listings of codes we gave you and paid social ads. Brand bidding without a pledge, cookie stuffing, spam, self-referral and claiming to be Andalu are not allowed. The full rules are in the [program terms](/partners/terms).
Partner postbacks and affiliate networks
You can track Andalu sales through Awin, Impact and CJ, or through your own tracker. We keep each network's click id with the click, and send a signed server-to-server postback each time a sale moves on: once the buyer's payment is taken, once its hold ends, and if it is reversed. Each postback carries a signature you check with your secret.
Partner troubleshooting: missing sales, pauses and payouts
Most partner problems have a simple cause: a later click or another code won the sale, the sale is still in its 14 days hold, payouts are not set up yet, or earnings are below EUR 25. Find what you see in the table below. If it doesn't help, contact us with your partner email and the order date.
The offer feed for comparison sites
Approved comparison sites get every Andalu offer as a JSON and XML feed, rebuilt hourly, plus a paged REST API. Each offer has the all-in buyer price, your tracked link and its buying rules. There is an `allkeyshop` profile and two profiles in the formats of the largest key marketplaces, so the feed can come in the field names your importer already reads. You are paid per click or per sale, agreed with you.
