Due to the nature of digital products, including eSIMs, virtual currency, video games, and multi-use or one-time use codes, once these products have been accessed, used, or activated, they are not eligible for a return or refund.

1.2 Unused or Unactivated Products
If the digital product, virtual currency, video game, or code has not been used or activated, a refund request must be submitted through the refund module within three hours of purchase. Refunds will be processed accordingly.
