Partner program terms

These terms apply when you take part in the Andalu partner program as a creator, a marketer or a comparison site. Andalu sells digital game keys and travel eSIM data, and is the seller of every order. You accept these terms when you apply. This is version 2026-10-02. Our store terms also apply to anything you buy from us yourself.

You must be at least 18 and able to receive payouts through Stripe in your country. Give us true details, and keep your email address up to date. Creators and marketers are usually approved straight away after an automatic check. If anything needs a closer look, we email you within 2 business days. Comparison sites are always reviewed by a person. We may refuse an application without giving a reason.

You may share your links and code in your own posts, videos, streams, articles, newsletters to people who signed up, deal and coupon listings of codes we gave you, price comparisons and paid social ads. Say only what is true. Use the product details, prices and images we provide or show on our pages, and update or remove anything that has changed.

- Bidding on Andalu, or misspellings of it, in paid search, unless you pledged at sign-up to add Andalu as a negative keyword in every campaign. Never use our brand in ad text or a display address. - Cookie stuffing: setting your link without a real click, in pop-ups, hidden frames, browser extensions or auto-redirects. - Spam: unsolicited email, messages, comments or posts. - Self-referral: buying through your own link or code, or for people in your own household, to earn on it. - Calling yourself official, or suggesting you are Andalu, a publisher or a platform, or that you speak for them. - Misleading claims: fake discounts, codes that do not exist, prices we do not charge, or "free" when it is not. - AI-written reviews or posts that are not disclosed as such. - Promoting Andalu next to content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or about cheating, piracy or stolen accounts.

The law in many countries requires you to say that you earn from your links, including the US FTC's endorsement guides and the UK Advertising Standards Authority's code. Say it clearly, every time, before the link or code, in words your audience understands. Examples you can use: - "I earn money when you buy through my link." - "Ad: this video includes my Andalu partner link." - "#ad Use my code MAYA10 at Andalu." A disclosure only in your profile, or after a "more" button, is not enough.

- An order is credited to the last partner link clicked within 30 days before it. - A partner code entered at checkout beats any link. - A buyer you bring stays linked to you for 12 months. Their later orders earn half the first-order rate, unless another partner's code is used at checkout. - One order is credited to one partner, never two. - A click from a bot, or a repeated click from the same place within a short time, does not count.

Your rate and tier are shown in your hub. An order earns once it is paid and delivered. It is then held for 14 days after delivery, so a refund, a chargeback or a fraud check can settle first. We reverse earnings on an order that is refunded, disputed or found to be fraud, including after a payout, by taking it off your next payout. We may also limit what any single order earns.

Approved earnings are paid monthly through Stripe once they reach EUR 25. Anything below that rolls over to the next month. You can choose Andalu credit with a bonus instead. Stripe collects your bank and tax details when you set up payouts. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

We may pause or close your account if you break these terms, if your traffic or refunds look wrong, or if we suspect fraud. While paused, nothing new is earned or paid. Earnings from traffic that broke these terms are not paid. You can leave at any time. Approved earnings at or above the minimum are paid in the next run.

We may change these terms, rates or tiers. We email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, unless the law or a fraud risk needs it sooner. The version number at the top of this page shows the latest terms.

We use your details to run the program: to approve you, credit your sales, pay you and stop fraud. Our Privacy Policy explains how. To credit a sale we record clicks on your links and the orders they lead to. You see totals in your hub, never a buyer's name, email or payment details.
